How to adjust the pump pressure controller?

The usage settings of each brand may be different, but the principle is the same.

The adjustment method of the water pump pressure controller is as follows:

1, set the method of controlling pressure.

(1) Press the operation switch briefly to turn off the operation indicator light, and the pressure control system will turn off.

(2) Setting control upper/lower limit: press the SET key 1 time to enter the lower limit setting state (corresponding to the lower limit indicator light is on), set the value by (▲) (▼), set the lower limit and then press the set key briefly to enter the upper limit setting. The setting method is the same as above.

(3) After the setting is completed, press the set key, and the set value will be automatically saved in the computer chip (after the parameter is modified, the current parameter setting will be automatically saved without pressing the key within 5 seconds).

(4) Press the running switch key again (corresponding to the running indicator light), and the motor starts to work.

2. Unit switching method: Turn off the Run key, press the Add key (▲) briefly, and switch the unit between MPa, Kg/cm2 and PSI at will. After the setting is completed, turn on the running indicator.

3. Zero reset function: Turn off the run key and press the minus key (▼) for 5 seconds to reset the current pressure value and correct the zero error. After the setting is completed, turn on the running indicator. (When using this function, the pressure switch should not exert pressure.
