If there is more meat on the sheep's neck, you can cut a few knives on it. Put the lamb chops and neck in cold water and simmer. After ten minutes, there will be some floating foam in the pot, which is produced by the blood in the lamb chops and the neck of the sheep. We can skim it off. After removing the floating foam, add a little salt to the pot, and don't let the water in the pot boil. Simmer for about half an hour with the smallest fire.
