The bus dashboard shows that the follower shaft is not locked. Why?

Possible reasons for failure are as follows:

1) The hydraulic oil temperature sensor is faulty.

2) Throttle failure.

3) Locking solenoid valve failure or short circuit or open circuit.

4) The locking control valve is faulty.

5) The lockup clutch in the torque converter is damaged.

Check and eliminate:

1) For electronically controlled automatic transmission, fault self-diagnosis should be carried out first, and components related to locking control should be checked, including hydraulic oil temperature sensor, throttle position sensor and locking solenoid valve.

2) If there is no fault in the control system, replace the torque converter.

Air suspension structure of follow-up (floating) bridge

It consists of load-bearing airbag, lifting airbag, steering shock absorber, thrust rod, pull rod and other parts.

Advantages: the lifting follow-up bridge increases the bearing capacity of the whole vehicle, reduces tire wear and tire resistance, has compact structure and light weight, and meets the requirements of charging by weight. When overloaded, put down the bridge to increase the number of load-bearing bridges; Lift the bridge under light load to reduce wear and resistance.
