Introduction of adjustment method of barometer

1. First, install the barometer on the pressure calibrator and connect the variable resistor attached to the barometer to an ohmmeter or multimeter. Then, the pressure indicator of the pressure gauge shall be verified positively (boosting) and negatively (depressurizing) respectively, and the indication error shall meet the requirements of verification regulations. While verifying the pressure indication, observe the change of variable resistance value on the ohmmeter or multimeter ohmmeter.

2. When observing, pay attention to the output of resistance value before reading (this is the same as the requirement principle of indication error of pressure gauge signal reading of live contact signal device in JJG52- 1999). The change of resistance, like the change of pressure indication, should be linear, so pay attention to its continuity. At the upper and lower limits of pressure indication, pay attention to whether the variable resistance is within the effective working range, otherwise it needs to be adjusted by replacing the contact.
