Why does frozen coke explode?
A certain amount of carbon dioxide is dissolved in cola. When cola is frozen in the freezer, the liquid is frozen or partially frozen, the gas solubility will change, the dissolved carbon dioxide in the liquid will overflow, and the pressure in the can will increase. In addition, the volume of coke liquid itself increases after freezing, which will produce great pressure on the tank.
At this time, if the coke is taken out of the freezer (-18℃) and placed at room temperature (above 20℃), it is particularly easy to explode. Because the temperature difference at this time is above 30℃, due to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the gas in the tank expands sharply when heated, so opening the tank at this time is very likely to cause an explosion.

When buying fruit juice drinks, be sure to read the product description carefully and pay attention to its storage, opening and eating conditions. If you can't drink the juice all at once, you should put it in the refrigerator (don't freeze it).
Carbonated drinks can be refrigerated between 0℃ and 7℃, but canned or bottled cola cannot be frozen. Because there is gas in the drink, after taking it out, the can or bottle may burst due to heat expansion and cold contraction.
Pay attention to safety when opening the plastic bottle cap, keep the bottle mouth outward, and don't aim the bottle mouth at your eyes. If you find puffed juice drinks, don't open them to avoid personal injury.
