Is the BMW engine a direct injection engine in cylinder?

BMW's in-cylinder direct injection engine technology is mature. Direct injection engine is an engine in which fuel is directly injected into the cylinder: 1. The air-fuel mixture with fuel additives cannot reach the intake manifold and throttle valve, so the intake valve cannot be cleaned. 2. The source of carbon deposition in intake valve is mainly caused by the pollution of crankcase oil-gas mixture; 3. The gasoline mixture containing gasoline additives can reach the intake valve. Although the amount is small, and the fuel can be burned as fully as possible when burning, the carbon deposit in the engine oil is naturally less.
