1, piston-cylinder clearance is too small.

Now that it has been overhauled, the quality problems of piston cylinder hole parts can be ruled out. It may be that abnormal combustion causes knocking, which leads to a sharp rise in the temperature in the cylinder. The thermal expansion of aluminum piston far exceeds the normal expansion, which leads to the cylinder gap becoming smaller and cylinder pulling. Even lead to the melting of aluminum piston. This can start with the injector, the whole fuel injection system, timing system, electrical system and so on. , and check whether it is abnormal, resulting in the change of injection advance angle;

2, cooling system failure, resulting in overheating of the engine.

This is also a direction. For example, if the water temperature is high and the cooling system is blocked, the engine will overheat. But since you only have one cylinder failure, this possibility is relatively small.

3, lubrication system failure, resulting in dry friction and cylinder pulling.

Oil leakage, oil blockage and oil pump failure are the causes of lubrication system failure.
