How to solve the fault light after cleaning the throttle?

1. Solution: After re-checking the line in the 4S shop, initialize the throttle with a computer to solve the problem. This is because when the throttle position sensor is installed back, the line is not connected properly, or when the throttle valve is not fully returned, the vehicle is started by ignition, resulting in abnormal sensor signal.

2. The throttle valve is a component above the air intake system. Its main function is to control the air intake. Its corresponding variable is the response of how much the accelerator is pressed. The more you step on the gas pedal, the bigger the gas pedal is, and the more air intake.

3. Failure of the throttle valve will lead to the cylinder not being closed and air leakage. If the pressure in the cylinder is not enough, it is difficult to strike a fire (high voltage electricity also exists, that is, the pressure in the cylinder and the compression temperature of the mixed gas can't reach the ignition condition). In severe cases, the cooler can't touch the car, the combustion is incomplete, the locomotive has no electricity, and it can also cause fart (the exhaust pipe slams).

There are two kinds of throttles: traditional cable throttle and electronic throttle. The traditional engine throttle control mechanism works through a cable (soft steel wire) or a pull rod, one end of which is connected with the throttle pedal and the other end is connected with the throttle linkage plate. The electronic throttle mainly uses the throttle position sensor to control the throttle opening according to the energy required by the engine, so as to adjust the intake air.
