The unstable speed of diesel engine refers to the phenomenon that the fuselage shakes, swings and the speed fluctuates when the throttle is in a certain position. To eliminate the fault of unstable speed, we can check and eliminate it from the following four aspects.

1 Check or replace the gaskets at each joint of the oil circuit from the oil tank to the oil inlet screw of the high-pressure oil pipe, clean or replace the diesel filter and the small filter in the filter screw, and replace the oil pipe with trachoma or damaged inner wall to ensure that the low-pressure oil circuit is free of air and blockage.

2 Check and adjust the valve clearance, check whether the valve ejector rod is bent, and ensure that the valve timing meets the specified requirements.

3 Focus on checking the weight difference of cylinder gasket, piston ring and piston connecting rod group of each cylinder, the wear of valve camshaft and tappet assembly, and the bending of connecting rod. To ensure that the assembly quality of all parts and components meets the specified requirements.

4 If the fault cannot be eliminated, it should be suspected that it is the fuel injector assembly and the fuel injection pump assembly, and the professional technicians should adjust and correct it to ensure the normal operation of the oil supply system.

Generally speaking, if it is unstable at low speed, check the choke valve; The medium speed is unstable, especially check the engine; High-speed instability, focus on checking the oil pump.
