How to disassemble Baojun 530 automatic gearbox?

Disassembly steps of Baojun 530 automatic transmission:

1. Remove the torque converter from the front of the automatic transmission, loosen the fastening bolts, remove the torque converter housing at the front of the automatic transmission, remove the flange of the output shaft and the rear housing of the automatic transmission, and remove the induction rotor of the speed sensor from the output shaft;

2. After removing the oil pan and the connecting bolts of the oil pan, insert the blade of the special maintenance tool between the transmission and the oil pan and cut the applied sealant;

3. Remove all wire harness plugs connected to the valve plate, remove the solenoid valve and throttle cable connected to the throttle valve, carefully pry open the hydraulic oil pipe with a screwdriver, loosen the fixing bolt between the oil inlet screen and the valve plate, and remove the oil inlet filter from the valve plate;

4. Remove the connecting bolt between the valve plate and the automatic transmission housing, remove the valve plate assembly, take out the check valve, spring and accumulator piston in the oil circuit of the automatic transmission housing, remove the manual valve pull rod and parking lock claw, and remove the manual valve control shaft if necessary.
