If the throttle cannot be completely removed, it is not recommended to spray the cleaning agent directly into the throttle, mainly because the dosage is not well controlled and will flow into the engine. Spray more and gently wipe on the cleaning cloth. Wipe both sides. Watch out for dead ends. In particular, the installation and connecting holes of the idle valve should be wiped clean. The metal head and spring of the idle valve must be wiped clean. The so-called cleaning the throttle is to wash the cover and idle motor. The black substance wiped off by the cleaner is the carbon deposit that destroys the car. Wipe it carefully twice and it will be clean. Then pay attention to dropping high-temperature resistant liquid lubricating oil on the rotating shaft of the throttle plate. It is operated with a toothpick dipped in oil. After all, the degreasing effect of cleaning agent is too strong, in order to avoid being too dry after washing and lack of oil lubrication to protect the throttle function. It has been suggested that the phenomenon of idle speed rising after throttle cleaning may be related to this.
5. Install the idle solenoid valve in turn and tighten the four throttle screws diagonally. Tighten the throttle line. Install the middle section of the air return pipe, tighten the left 1 right 2 clamping screw, and tighten the left lower bracket screw. Install the battery.
6. Finally, after checking that it is completely fastened, use the initialization method of online copying to switch cars. Turn the key to second gear and don't start the engine. Don't step on the accelerator for 30 seconds, turn the key back for 30 seconds, turn the key to second gear, and step on the accelerator for 30 seconds. Turn the key back for more than one minute before starting the engine. You can do it several times before ignition.
