What vegetables does Cold Dew grow?

Cold dew types of vegetables are: leeks, garlic, Chinese cabbage, spinach, and shallots.

1, leek

Many people may say that leeks are not planted in spring. Leek can not only reproduce sexually with seeds, but also reproduce asexually through roots.

Planting leek with leek roots has the characteristics of high survival rate and fast growth. You can transplant leeks without frozen soil, and transplant leeks after cold dew, and you can eat delicious "first leeks" in March next year.

Step 2: garlic

Garlic is an important seasoning vegetable in our life. It is rich in nutrition and has high edible and medicinal value. Almost every household in rural areas has planted it.

Garlic has a weak ability to absorb nutrients. Before overwintering (5-6 leaves of garlic), applying a small amount of urea and decomposed farmyard manure per mu can not only enhance the overwintering ability of garlic, but also prevent garlic from drying and turning yellow, and garlic will grow stronger in the coming year.

3. Chinese cabbage

Chinese cabbage is divided into Chinese cabbage and Chinese cabbage. It is definitely too late to sow Chinese cabbage after cold dew, but Chinese cabbage is not only more nutritious, but also has a short growth cycle (it can be harvested 30 days after sowing), so it can be planted safely after cold dew.

Chinese cabbage is mainly planted. When sowing, choose loose soil with rich organic matter and strong water and fertilizer conservation ability. After sowing, gently rake the soil with a toothed rake and water it thoroughly.

The growth period of Chinese cabbage is short and fast. During the growth period, topdressing urea and watering frequently can promote the vigorous growth of plants.

4. Spinach

Spinach is nutritious, fresh and refreshing, and is deeply loved by people at the dinner table. Because the temperature is low after cold dew, spinach should be sown directly to delay the emergence of seedlings. In order to speed up the emergence of seedlings and improve the emergence rate, it is best to accelerate germination before sowing.

Spinach likes alkaline environment, plant ash is alkaline, and plant ash is rich in minerals. Therefore, after sowing spinach seeds, we sprinkle a layer of plant ash on it, so that spinach will not only grow more vigorously, but also taste better.

5, shallots

Onion is also a common seasoning vegetable in our daily life. It is nutritious and can be eaten raw or fried. In Yunnan, onion and coriander are the essential ingredients for making Chili sauce dipped in water.

Onions have a strong regenerative ability, and the leaves will grow back soon after being pinched off. Generally speaking, a flowerpot can be used for family planting. The cultivation of shallots is very simple. We prepare a dozen shallots, keep the buds up, then cover them with soil and water them thoroughly.
