How to remove carbon deposit in the car

1, additive cleaning

Buy a suitable cleaning agent, inject it into the fuel tank and mix it evenly with the fuel. When the vehicle is started, the cleaning agent will enter the combustion chamber with the fuel, and at the same time, it will clean the carbon deposit in the engine to some extent.

2. Disassembly and cleaning

Disassembly is to remove all parts of the engine with carbon deposits and clean them thoroughly. This is the most comprehensive and thorough cleaning method, but the workload is relatively large and time-consuming. It is recommended to find a special 4S service shop to handle it.

3, infusion bag or infusion bottle cleaning

This is a common cleaning method without disassembly, which is usually used when going to 4S stores. The cleaning agent is poured into the intake pipe of the engine in the form of a bottle, and the cleaning agent will be sucked into the combustion chamber of the engine at the same time of intake. In this process, the cleaning agent will clean the carbon deposits in the engine intake and combustion chamber.

Causes of carbon deposition

1. When the engine works normally, the gasoline and engine oil that normally enter the combustion chamber cannot be completely burned in the cylinder under the condition of insufficient oxygen supply, resulting in soot and burnt particles of lubricating oil. When the engine continues to run, it is further oxidized into colloid. Under the repeated action of high temperature, colloid becomes asphaltene, colloid and carbon, thus forming carbon deposit.

2. Crankcase ventilation is set to prevent air pollution, and the exhaust gas inside the engine is directly introduced into the intake manifold, and enters the combustion chamber to burn with fresh air. The high-temperature oil vapor fills the intake manifold with fresh air, one part of which adheres to the pipe wall and the back of the valve, and the other part is mixed with the injected fuel at the intake valve to form mixed vapor, which enters the combustion chamber and is discharged from the vehicle after combustion.
