What kind of tea does Bailu tea belong to?

Bailu tea belongs to white tea.

Bailu tea is actually not a variety of tea, but a general term for tea produced before and after Bailu. Bailu tea has other kinds of tea besides Fuding white tea. Bailu tea has the characteristics of high aroma and mellow taste.

The so-called Bailu tea refers to the tea picked and made before and after the Bailu solar term. It is not the proper name of a certain kind of tea, but the general name of new tea picked before and after the Millennium solar term. Therefore, some people say that Bailu tea refers to white tea picked in autumn, which is thoughtless and confuses the conceptual relationship between the two. White tea picked in autumn is also a kind of autumn dew.

The annual autumn tea picking, in terms of time arrangement, started in August and lasted until 10. The Millennium solar terms are between September 7th and 9th every year, so autumn tea picked before the Millennium solar terms is called early autumn tea, and autumn tea picked after the Millennium solar terms is called late autumn tea.

Good white tea and bad white tea have different soup colors. After high-quality white tea is brewed, the soup color is bright, the taste is sweet and bitter, and the leaf bottom is relatively complete without impurities, while after inferior white tea is brewed, the soup color is turbid with impurities, the taste is bitter, and there are more fragments at the leaf bottom.
