How to disassemble and assemble the rocker arm of Alto valve

1. In order to better see the position of the valve rocker arm assembly, it is necessary to open the cover of the Alto engine.

2. Remove the ignition coil, high-voltage wire, nozzle, sensor and other connections on the valve rocker cover, so as not to affect the disassembly process of the valve rocker.

3. Loosen all bolts of the valve rocker arm one by one with a wrench, and gently remove the valve rocker arm and its bushing.

4. Pay attention to the number of valve rocker arms and bushings when disassembling, and put them in corresponding positions respectively.

5. When reassembling, reverse operation is required. That is, install the valve rocker arm and its bushing on the engine correctly, tighten the bolts one by one, and reinstall all the connections.
