This throttle line only has one more insurance, one is the throttle and the other is the throttle reduction. In CB 125T series, the equal vacuum carburetor adopts this structure. Theoretically, it is to prevent the rotary valve throttle from returning and locking, which leads to flight accidents, but it rarely happens in practical application. So it doesn't matter if you don't install the reverse throttle line.
