Installation points of electric regulating valve

⒈ ; The installation position, height and import and export direction of the valve must conform to the direction of the mouth; Design requirements, the connection should be firm and tight.

⒉ ; Valves can be connected to pipelines through various ports. Among them, the main connection methods are thread, flange and welding connection. When connecting flanges, if the temperature exceeds 350℃, the bolt material with high temperature resistance should be selected due to the creep relaxation of bolts, flanges and gaskets.

⒊ ; The valve must be visually inspected before installation, and the nameplate of the valve shall conform to the current national standard GB 12220 "General Valve Signs". Valves with working pressure greater than 1.0MPa and cutting off the main pipeline shall be tested for strength and tightness, and can only be used after passing the test. Other valves may not be tested separately, but they will be tested in the system pressure test.

⒋ ; During the strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the duration is not less than 5 minutes. The shell and packing of the valve should be leak-free.

⒌ ; During the leak test, the test pressure is 1. 1 times of the nominal pressure; The test pressure shall be kept constant during the test, and the time shall conform to the provisions in Table 2, and it is qualified that there is no leakage on the sealing surface of the disc.
