Question: What is the fault diagnosis of automobile hydraulic oil deterioration?

(1) Let the car run at low speed for (5~ 10)min. After the automatic transmission reaches the normal working temperature, check the temperature of the hydraulic oil radiator of the automatic transmission when the engine is running. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of hydraulic oil radiator can reach about 60℃. If the temperature of the hydraulic oil radiator is low, the oil pipe is blocked or the pressure limiting valve leading to the hydraulic oil radiator is stuck. In this way, the hydraulic oil is cooled in time, and the oil temperature is too high to cause deterioration.

(2) The temperature of hydraulic oil radiator is too high, and the free clearance of clutch or brake is too small. Therefore, the automatic transmission should be disassembled and adjusted.

(3) If the hydraulic oil temperature is normal, measure the oil pressure of the main oil circuit. If the oil pressure is too low, check the adjustment of the throttle cable or throttle position sensor. If the throttle cable or throttle position sensor is installed normally, disassemble the automatic transmission, and check whether the oil pump is excessively worn, whether the pressure regulating valve and throttle valve of the main oil circuit in the valve plate are stuck, and whether the main oil circuit leaks oil.

(4) If the above inspection is normal, the fault may be caused by overloading the car or not using the appropriate brand of hydraulic oil as specified. In this regard, all hydraulic oil can be discharged and the designated brand and number can be added.

2. Reasons for failure

(1) Improper use of cars often leads to overloading, such as being used in trailers or driving too fast.

(2) The pipeline of hydraulic oil radiator is blocked.

(3) The pressure limiting valve leading to the hydraulic oil radiator is stuck.

(4) The free clearance of clutch or brake is too small.

(5) The oil pressure in the main oil circuit is too low, and the clutch or brake slips when working.

(1) The new hydraulic oil after replacement will deteriorate soon after use.

(2) The temperature of the automatic transmission is too high, and the fuel filler smokes.
