An atmospheric pressure is equivalent to pressing an object weighing 1 kg on 1 cm2 (the standard is 1.0336 kg). That's the seabed 1300 atmospheric pressure, which is 1.3 tons, but you should know that this is the weight on "one square centimeter"! One square centimeter is about the size of your thumb nail.
