What does it mean to have another village in Qingming Festival?

The first two sentences are about time and seasonal background. It is the spirit of Tomb-Sweeping Day that makes the willows sprout new buds and spit out new green in spring. The last two sentences are about events and expectations. Qingming is a day to pay homage to the dead, but people can't just indulge in the past, can't just immerse themselves in mourning for their old friends, or adjust their mood, face the future with a positive and optimistic attitude, and live every day well.
