How to cook red oil?
Steps:
1: Preparation materials, rapeseed oil, chili noodles and cooked white sesame seeds (chili noodles sold in vegetable market will do).
2. Heat the pot (dry the water inside) and put in rapeseed oil.
There will be some bubbles in rapeseed oil when the oil is cooked. If those bubbles are not burning, you can turn off the fire, about 200 degrees.
4: Turn off the fire and let it cool for 2 minutes, then take a bowl (make sure there is no water in the bowl, not at all, or the oil will explode).
5: Put the oil into the bowl for about 1 min, and add one third of the Chili noodles (the temperature is about 100℃). At this time, Chili noodles will be fried very well at the temperature of oil.
6: After another minute or so, add 1/3 Chili noodles for the second time and stir with a spoon at a temperature of about 90 degrees.
7: Wait another two minutes, add all the remaining Chili noodles to the bowl, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and stir.
skill
Other clear oils without rapeseed oil can be used. When putting Chili noodles for the first time, pay attention to the temperature exceeding 100 degrees. Don't add Chili noodles as soon as you come out. Chili noodles will turn black and you can't be lazy. Chili noodles must be added in three times.
