This means that applicants should play an important role in the inheritance of this intangible cultural heritage, actively carry out inheritance activities and cultivate follow-up talents.

3. Cultural value: The cultural value created by this skill is worth protecting, which has certain influence or unique characteristics in the local area and has a deep historical origin.

4. Moral requirements: applicants should be loyal, persistent and simple, enhance their sense of mission and responsibility, and improve their ability of inheritance and practice. At the same time, when carrying out activities such as inheritance and communication, we should abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations, abide by social ethics, adhere to the correct view of history, country, nationality and culture, and build a solid sense of the Chinese nation.
