Flower drum, commonly known as flower drum, is one of the ancient Han dances that spread in Zigui, Xingshan, Yichang and other counties in Yichang City. It is a form of singing with singing and dancing. According to the old artist Zushang, it has a history of at least 200 years, and it has a long history from the line singing method of "playing flower drums every Tuesday and playing thirteen states in Kyushu". Dihua drum is a kind of lantern dance. At first, it was limited to traditional festivals such as the Spring Festival, and was interspersed with big lanterns. It performs, sings and dances with "Lion", "Dragon Lantern" and "Colorful Lotus Boat". The plot is vivid, the content is simple, the performance is interesting and deeply loved. Later, this cultural custom of the Han nationality gradually entered people's daily life, and folk weddings and funerals also played the role of lanterns.
