Homemade ice cream at home
1. Pour milk, an egg, a teaspoon of 5g starch and a teaspoon of sugar into the basin.
2. Open the egg, take the yolk, put it into the milk basin, add a spoonful of sugar, and stir evenly in one direction with chopsticks.
3. Pour the stirred milk into the pot and heat it on low heat. When there are small bubbles, add starch, sprinkle starch while cooking, and stir until the liquid is slightly thick. Then remove the fire source from the pot and let it cool.
4. Take out the raisins, wash them and soak them in cold water, then put the soaked raisins into the ice cream mold.
5. Pour the mixed milk into the ice cream mold, shake it to make the surface smooth, and then insert the ice cream handle into the middle of the milk.
6. Put the mold full of milk in the freezer of the refrigerator for about 24 hours, then take it out and leave it at room temperature for one or two minutes, then pour it out, and the delicious grape ice cream is ready.
