Introduction of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is a common operation in biliary surgery, which can be divided into antegrade cholecystectomy (starting from cystic duct) and retrograde cholecystectomy (starting from the bottom of gallbladder). Traditional open cholecystectomy has some problems, such as poor pertinence, great trauma, slow wound healing and easy complications, which lead to great pain and poor postoperative recovery. Since the development of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, this operation has been quickly accepted by surgeons and patients.
