The proportion of three industries in gdp in China
China's tertiary industry accounts for 53.9% of gdp. The three industries in China are divided as follows: the primary industry refers to agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. The secondary industry refers to mining (excluding auxiliary mining activities), manufacturing (excluding metal products and mechanical equipment repair), production and supply of electricity, heat, gas and water, and construction. The tertiary industry, namely the service industry, refers to other industries except the primary industry and the secondary industry.
