"These nine aspects are the intuitive appearance of the new economic normal and the internal driving force for the formation of the new normal." The new normal is the stage of economic development accumulated for many years, from quantitative change to qualitative change, and the stage of economic development evolving to a more advanced form, a more complicated division of labor and a more reasonable structure.
