From what aspects do high-efficiency and energy-saving motors save energy?

With the country advocating energy conservation and environmental protection more and more, many enterprises are now shifting from the traditional scale model to energy conservation. Among them, the development of environmental protection and energy-saving equipment products has been paid more attention by the state, which makes traditional enterprises have to follow the pace of the state to eliminate energy-saving equipment with high energy consumption.

As a large enterprise, petrochemical production enterprises have a long production process and a large number of motors. At the same time, the motor is also a long-term running equipment, and it is one of the main energy-consuming equipment of enterprises. According to statistics, the power consumption of motors accounts for more than 60% of the total energy consumption of the whole enterprise, so energy saving is very important for enterprises.

Today, let's discuss energy-saving methods from the process:

(1) With the improvement of rotor manufacturing technology, silicon steel sheets with high permeability and low loss, such as silicon steel sheets containing rare earth components, can improve the permeability and increase the output of the motor.

(2) Improvement of cooling system of high-power motor. We know that if the operating temperature is too high, the output of the motor will be reduced to some extent. Motor manufacturers use parallel cooling ribs for motor housings, and both vertical and parallel methods are used.

(3) Forced cooling is adopted. For a high-power motor, an air cooler can be added in the shell embedded in the stator winding, and the wind acts directly on the inside of the stator instead of radiating from the surface of the motor.

(4) Optimizing the coil design of the motor, reducing the end leakage and heat loss, and improving the air gap between the rotor and stator can also reduce the motor leakage and improve the magnetic flux.
