The following procedures are needed to run a distillery:

2, the establishment of the name of the distillery and to the Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau for inspection;

3, to determine the business site of the distillery, and to obtain the appropriate right to use the house;

4, for the company to write articles of incorporation;

5, the registration of the company;

6, to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to obtain a business license and so on.

Conditions for the Establishment of a Limited Liability CompanyThe establishment of a limited liability company shall be subject to the following conditions:

(a) the shareholders meet the quorum;

(b) there are capital contributions from all the shareholders in conformity with the provisions of the articles of association;

(c) Shareholders *** with the formulation of the articles of association;

(iv) have a company name, the establishment of an organizational structure that meets the requirements of a limited liability company;

(v) have a company residence.
