Four basic postal services
The four basic postal services are:
1, mail delivery;
2, postal remittance, postal savings;
3, postage stamps and stamps, stamps and stamps production, sales;
4, the domestic press, books and other publications.
According to the "People's Republic of China *** and the State Postal Law," Chapter 3, Article 14 of the provisions of the postal enterprise services to operate the following businesses:
(a) mail delivery;
(2) postal remittance, postal savings;
(3) stamps and stamps and stamps and stamps production, sales;
(4) the domestic press, books and other publications issued;
(v) Other businesses stipulated by the State.
Expanded Information:
Citizens' freedom of communication and the secrecy of communication are protected by law. No organization or individual may, on any grounds, infringe upon a citizen's freedom and privacy of correspondence, except that the public security organs, state security organs or procuratorial organs shall, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law, inspect correspondence because of the needs of national security or the pursuit of criminal offences. Except as otherwise provided by law, no organization or individual may inspect or detain mail or remittances.
No organization or individual may use the mail to send articles containing the following contents:
(1) inciting subversion of state power, overthrow of the socialist system or splitting of the country or undermining of national unity, and endangering national security;
(2) divulging of state secrets;
(3) spreading of rumors to disturb the social order and undermine the stability of the society;
(4) disseminating rumors to disturb the social order and undermine the stability of the society;
(5) disseminating rumors to disturb the social order and undermine the stability of the society;
(iv) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
(v) promoting cults or superstition;
(vi) spreading obscenity, gambling, terrorist information or abetting crimes;
(vii) other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
