Jiang Weiqiao's Major Achievements

Jiang Weiqiao was weak and sickly when he was a teenager, and his treatment and medication were ineffective. Later, I created my own breathing meditation regimen, insisted on exercise, and my body became healthier and healthier. 19 14 years, he summed up his practical experience in sitting, and wrote the book "The Method of Sitting by Factors", which was printed in six editions and sold well all over the country and even Southeast Asia, Europe and America. 19 18 met a master who taught Jue Yuan classics in Beijing, so he learned the method of observing words and observing colors of Tiantai Sect. Later, based on various classics such as Xiao Zhi's View, the Second Paramita of Buddha Nature and my own ideas, I compiled the sequel to The Method of Inzi Meditation (1922). After liberation, at the invitation of Shanghai Health Bureau, he presided over Qigong training class and later served as consultant of Qigong sanatorium. He was the first person who advocated scientific Qigong meditation in China. 1954, according to the esoteric technique and his own experience, he wrote "For the Son-Chinese Medical Prevention Law on the Experiment of Sitting in Health", which was published in Hong Kong. 1955 wrote "China's breathing customary law-qigong prevention law" (summary of factor meditation method). From 65438 to 0989, in order to promote qigong fitness and commemorate Mr. Jiang Weiqiao's contribution in advocating qigong, Changzhou Qigong Science Research Association of Jiangsu Province compiled the revised and continued edition of Yin Shizi's Zen meditation method and the summary of Yin Shizi's Zen meditation method into a book, Yin Shizi's Zen meditation method collection, and published it.

Jiang's educational works include School Management Law, Lectures on Psychology, New Pedagogy (ed.), History of China's Philosophy for Nearly 300 Years, Outline of China's Philosophy History, Outline of Neo-Confucianism in Song and Ming Dynasties (the last two were co-authored with Yang Daying), History of Buddhism in China, Introduction to Buddhism, Memories of China Education Association, etc.
