Yang Yuxiao's file: He has served as a member of the Propaganda Committee of the Youth League Branch of the Students' Team of the Foreign Languages Institute of the People's Liberation Army, secretary of the Youth League Committee of a certain bureau of the General Staff Department, assistant to the Minister of Culture of the Political Department of the General Staff Department, representative of Poly Group in Moscow, creative director of Poly Culture and Art Co., Ltd., and is currently the president of Poly Performing Arts Agency Co., Ltd.
In Beijing's entertainment circle, you will see Yu Yang in those star-studded places. At that time, whether he talked with Kan Kan wittily or listened or thought quietly, he was always the focus of people's attention. Of course, this is not only because he won the title of "Master of China Performing Arts Planning" at a young age, but also because he served as an expert judge in the finals of Hunan Satellite TV's Super Girl. More importantly, in the entertainment circle with impetuous emotions and blind pursuit of profits, he showed his practical, heavy and kind personal charm, as well as his profound insights and piety on China's traditional culture.
in those years, those things
Yu Yang said that he often thinks about those old things now.
When I was a child, my father, who loved literature and art, had several precious vinyl records. Although the record is worn out, Yu Yang still likes to hide in his room and listen to it again and again. "That was actually my earliest musical enlightenment." Yu Yang told me.
Later, following his father, Yu Yang learned to play flute, erhu and sanxian. He was fascinated by the charm of traditional Chinese musical instruments.
In the second year of junior high school, Yu Yang did two unforgettable things. First, I wrote an article of more than 1,000 words and participated in the discussion of the outlook on life in China Youth Magazine "Why the Road to Life is Narrowing"; The second is to create a children's song called "outing" and send it to the radio station. There was no reply to the manuscript for the magazine, but one day, he suddenly heard his own outing sung by the children's choir on the radio. "It's blue. We go to the suburbs by bike. Butterflies laugh and dance, graceful and fascinating. The river bends into the distance. The breeze blows, and the earth is green. How beautiful? " Listening to the familiar lyrics and melodies, Yu Yang's heart was filled with joy. He ran out and told every classmate that my song was sung on the radio.
After graduating from high school, Yu Yang was admitted to the Foreign Languages Institute of the People's Liberation Army. However, when he was divided into departments, he was assigned to the Russian department "I'm almost crazy. My English score is the first in Harbin test area. I never thought I would go to Russian. " But Yu Yang finally broke away from that negative emotion. "There are many students in the same situation as me, and everyone was disheartened at that time. As a league cadre of the student team, I feel that I have the responsibility to guide and influence everyone with a healthy and positive positive energy. "
So, after studying intense professional courses, he introduced ballroom dancing to the student team. Later, not only freshmen, but also teachers and classmates from other departments flocked to the stadium of lights. Beautiful dance music and cheerful dance steps have therefore become many people's warmest memories of college life.
In addition, Yu Yang also organized students with literary expertise in the department to create their own songs reflecting the life of the military academy and rehearse them with everyone. Before graduation, he specially created a vocal divertimento "Fly to the Sun", and had the honor to perform live for visiting Yang Dezhi. It was also because of the success of the performance that he was assigned to a bureau of the General Staff and participated in the formation of the first women's military orchestra of the whole army. When US President Haig visited China, the "Welcome Song" and "Legato of Red Female Soldiers" played by the Women's Military Orchestra made everyone including Haig shine. Later, Yang Yu took the women's military orchestra to perform in other places, which was the most beautiful scenery on any occasion-and it became something that Yu Yang was always proud of.
From China Cultural Festival to Nine Volumes of Kung Fu Poems
It has been said that Yu Yang is permeated with a literary "style". Yu Yang corrected the other party: "The accurate statement is that every drop of blood in my veins is full of deep affection for the traditional culture of the motherland."
That's what happened. In the early 1990s, Yu Yang, who was just an ordinary soldier in a certain bureau of the General Staff Department, heard a Peking Opera personage talk about the difficulties faced by Peking Opera, and immediately wrote to the central leadership, proposing "promoting national culture and revitalizing Peking Opera art", which was affirmed. Subsequently, he organized and filmed a large-scale feature film "The Art of Chinese Peking Opera" and planned nearly 100 Peking Opera performances with the theme of commemorating "Huiban's coming to Beijing", which was a sensation.
After job-hopping, Yu Yang joined Poly Group, became the representative of the group's representative office in Moscow, and began to engage in foreign trade. At that time, there were nearly 60,000 Chinese and overseas Chinese in Moscow. In China restaurant and other places where China people gather, Yu Yang met some friends from China and learned that their life, especially their cultural life, was very boring. So in his spare time, he contacted some like-minded people, started with the karaoke contest, and finally planned and completed the first China Cultural Festival in Moscow 1996. Many famous domestic artists and singers were invited to Moscow to soothe the homesickness of countless overseas travelers with their touching songs full of Chinese style. Yu Yang specially created a theme song "Four Seas at Home" for the Cultural Festival: "Four Seas at Home, Love the Motherland? Where is my love? Tie the Yellow River or the Yangtze River? " Soon, this song was rated as the most popular Chinese song by overseas Chinese.
Three years later, Yu Yang returned to China. He chose to leave foreign trade and concentrate on culture. Over the years, for the survival and development of the company, he made records and became a Shang Yan. It is the "through train" operator of many TV evenings, live evenings and large-scale venue evenings, and has successively recruited singers such as Mao Amin, Tu Honggang, Cai Guoqing and Chen Ming. But the love for China's traditional culture has never changed. He once wrote a cover album Thunderstorm for Zero Band, and interpreted the classic aria of Beijing Opera "Fighting Tigers Up the Mountain" with modern music. Yu Yang thought this was also a way to promote traditional opera. He introduced the poetic drama "Never Gone Radio Wave". He also turned Mr. Yu Guangzhong's successful idea of nostalgia into ten nostalgic national theme records, which attracted cheers.
Of course, what Yu Yang is most proud of is that in 2008, he produced the first masterpiece of Chinese studies in China: Nine Volumes of Kung Fu Poems. This is a stage play that not only shows China Kung Fu, but also excavates or decrypts the martial spirit and ideological core of China Kung Fu. It created the body vocabulary belonging to China Kung Fu and made it a category of performing arts. This kind of body language abandons the superficial display of China's Kung Fu, but combines China's Kung Fu with modern dance, sublimes a brand-new body language combining dynamic and static, and creates the "martial spirit" of China's Kung Fu. The whole drama is divided into nine different paragraphs, which are independent and integrated, just like a prose poem, but also like a stage picture that can only be understood but not expressed.
"Kung Fu is China's intangible heritage for the whole world, and it is also one of the symbolic symbols of China culture. In the whole creative process of Nine Volumes of Kung Fu Poems, I have always insisted that Kung Fu completely get rid of the traditional display, form a new vocabulary of poetic art, and insist on using this new vocabulary, that is, Kung Fu Poetry, to make the finishing touch for China's excellent traditional culture. " In the interview, Yu Yang told me.
On September 22nd, 20 12, nine volumes of Kung Fu Poems appeared in Georgia, representing China in "20 12 Tbilisi International Drama Festival", which was warmly welcomed and sought after by local audiences and media. This is the first time that China Opera has participated in the most important and influential drama festival in Transcaucasia!
In fact, since its birth in 2008, Nine Volumes of Kung Fu Poems, as the crystallization of China Kung Fu's extreme artistry and the poetic expression of China's traditional philosophy, wisdom and values on the stage, has toured China, Australia, Europe and the United States for more than 1 10 times, and has been warmly sought after and praised by the audience. No matter in Europa Art Festival, which is famous in Europe, or Israel International Art Festival, which represents the global body art direction, professors and scholars in Sydney, or the most critical entertainment reporter in Las Vegas, they are all moved to tears because of the unique cultural atmosphere and warm humanistic care of Kung Fu Poems.
Yu Yang succeeded. And his Poly Performing Arts Agency Co., Ltd. also won the title of "the most valuable creative base in China" and the national key cultural export enterprise.
"Being a company for so many years, I have one of the deepest feelings, that is, to carry forward the traditional culture of China requires the continuous efforts and efforts of each of us. Because only in this way can the treasures in traditional culture be passed down from generation to generation, or even passed down forever! " Yu Yang said. ;
