What is a public relations company

A PR agency is a comprehensive service-oriented organization that integrates communication, consulting, training, media practice and other human activity services. The core business of a PR agency is publicity and public relations, i.e., spreading out the client's brand, corporate image, new products and services to the client's target group. Generally speaking, PR activities should include planning, social publicity, advertising, media coverage, network communication, event execution and PR consulting.

The strategic goal of a PR firm is to form an objective and fair corporate image through various channels and means, so that even though the client's level of service may be technologically backward and slow to develop, the firm is still able to obtain good returns and win the trust and recognition of the client. PR firms usually provide a full range of publicity services to help clients better promote their brand and corporate image according to their actual situation.

While helping their clients to build up a good image, PR firms will also guide their clients on how to approach their clients, how to handle media inquiries, and how to deal with and improve their clients' brand image with a view to achieving the clients' requirements. In addition, they will also provide other useful advice to their clients to help them develop effective social communication strategies and execution tactics with a view to achieving their promotional and publicity objectives.
