The difference between Sanda and Wushu
1. Sanda:
It is a unarmed combat event in traditional Wushu in which two people subdue each other according to certain rules and use offensive and defensive techniques such as kicking, hitting and falling.
2. Wushu:
It is a kind of inheritance technology in ancient military wars. Wushu can strengthen the body and resist the enemy's attack.
