Characteristics of brain death:
1. No response to external stimuli at all.
2. No breathing and activity, including no spontaneous breathing after the ventilator stops for 3 minutes.
3. There is no reflection function at all, and the pupil does not reflect and diffuse light.
4. EEG is straight
