In the era when the great powers are surrounded, wars are still frequent, mountains and rivers are broken, and the nation is in danger, the harsh natural conditions and market environment have bound the development of Vientiane Zhai. 1948, Zhang Bingzhong and his subordinates moved from Yantai to Qingdao, and set up Qingdao Wanxiangzhai at No.76 Huangdao Road, adopting the business model of "front shop and back factory", mainly processing and producing pig head meat, barbecued pork and sauced pigs (cattle and sheep).
