What is the origin of the twenty-eight stars fairy?
Originally named by ancient astronomers, it was later used for calendar and fortune telling and became a part of China culture.
Eighteen constellations are 28 star regions divided by ancient astronomers in China to observe the movements of the sun, the moon and the five stars. They are the creations of China native fairy literature, which are composed of Oriental Dragon, Southern Suzaku, Western White Tiger and Northern Xuanwu.
As one of the important parts of China traditional culture, it is widely used in all kinds of magical numbers in ancient times. Different fields have given it different connotations, and the related contents are complicated.
