I. 24-hour continuous operation

Roller press belongs to grinding equipment, and the dust pollution on the site is large, so it is generally unattended and runs continuously for 24 hours. The central control room of the factory monitors the current, temperature, logistics and environment during its operation for 24 hours, and the monitor will give an alarm in case of failure.

Second, low speed and heavy load operation

The working speed of roller press is relatively low, generally 15~50r/min, and precise speed control is not needed. The transmission load is large, from 1 to 100 tm, which belongs to low-speed and heavy-duty equipment.

Third, the load fluctuates greatly.

The roller is a solid forging, the weight of the roller of a large roller press can reach 30~50 tons, and the starting current of the motor can reach 2~3 times of the rated current instantly. In addition, unstable blanking, roll surface peeling, poor particle size uniformity of materials, iron inclusions in materials and other factors will lead to severe load fluctuation.
