1. Put the leaves of Hedyotis diffusa into a teacup, pour them into boiling water, drain the water, take them out and put them into a big bowl;

3. Put the pot on medium fire, add peanut oil and burn it to 50% heat, put two or three pieces of finches together, wrap them in egg paste and disperse them in the pot, gently push them two or three times with a spoon, and pour out the oil in the pot when it turns golden;
