Taijiquan basic exercises:

Basic exercises are the basic training for mastering and improving the techniques of Taijiquan, and they are the fundamental links for correcting the basic postures of the human body, improving the special qualities, and strengthening the internal and external health.

Feature 1: The movement of intention under the domination of the brain.
