When practicing, Fei Lian found a big stone on the opposite mountain, which flew around like a swallow every time the wind and rain came. When it cleared up, he found himself in his position and could not help secretly marveling, so he paid attention.

One night in the middle of the night, I saw this big stone moving, and suddenly it became an inanimate creature that looked like a cloth bag. I took two deep breaths on the ground and spit it out. Suddenly, the wind blew hard, flying sand and stones, and those things whirled in the wind like swallows.

Fei Lian was agile and jumped up to catch it. Only then did he know that it was the "Mother Wind" who was in charge of the Eight Winds. So he learned the magic of creating and collecting wind from "Mother Wind".

People in ancient times didn't know much about the natural phenomenon of thunder, so a series of related legends gradually evolved. In ancient China, the image of Thor was constantly evolving. At first, people shaped it into a monster with a human head and a dragon body, and it thundered when it was knocked on the stomach.

Later, it gradually became the image of a pointed-billed monkey face, and gradually shaped. In Taoist mythology, there are many Raytheons of various grades and quantities, the most basic one is Leigong, the upper level is ordinary Raytheon, and the next level is Chloe Wang.

Legend has it that King Lei was born in Leizhou Peninsula, Guangdong Province, and later became a fairy. The highest-ranking Raytheon in Taoism is "Nine Days of Buddha". "Tianzun" is the highest rank among Taoist immortals, and "Puhua Tianzun" is the commander-in-chief of all Raytheons.

In China, Raytheon is a god who punishes evil and promotes good. If people do bad things or break their vows, they may be killed by lightning.

China folks set Raytheon's birthday on June 24th of the lunar calendar, and a sacrificial ceremony will be held on this day. It has pinned the good wishes of the working people in China to exorcise evil spirits, avoid disasters and pray for blessings.
