The traditional financial accounting measurement model is based on accrual basis and adopts historical cost measurement model. Financial reports are based on financial statements and mainly provide monetary indicators in the form of in-table disclosure.

Accounting measurement mode: refers to the process of measuring, calculating and determining the internal quantitative relationship of accounting objects, and transforming it into financial information and other information expressed in monetary form, thus comprehensively reflecting the financial status, operating results and cash flow of enterprises, that is, completing the confirmation and measurement of relevant financial statement elements in balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, and determining their monetary amounts.
