How to ripen bananas
① Ethephon ripening: when the temperature is 17 ~ 19℃, 2000 ~ 3000 μ g/g ethephon is used, and the effect is rhubarb for 70 hours; 20 ~ 25℃, 1500 ~ 2000 μ g/g ethephon, after 60 hours, rhubarb was produced; When the temperature is higher than 25℃, 1000μg/g ethephon reacts for 48 hours to produce rhubarb. The method is to soak each banana fruit in the liquid medicine (don't soak the whole banana fruit), then put it in a plastic bag and tie the bag mouth tightly, and it will turn yellow in 3 ~ 4 days.
② Incense for ripening: incense with ordinary sanitary sticks, and then put it in a sealed ripening container or small room. The amount of incense and the length of sealing time depend on the temperature and the maturity of bananas. For example, in a ripening room with 2500kg, when the temperature is about 30℃, 65438 sticks of incense are used and sealed for 10 hour; The temperature is 25 DEG C, 15 sticks of incense are used and sealed for 20 hours; At 20℃, 20 sticks of incense were sealed for 24 hours; When the temperature is low, the stove should be built indoors at the same time, and the room temperature should be raised above 20℃. Bananas with higher maturity can use less stick incense and shorten the sealing time; Instead, stick incense to extend the sealing time. After sealing the incense, move the banana to about 20℃ and put it in a place with good air circulation to ripen.
③ Acetylene ripening: put bananas in a sealed room, put calcium carbide in a bowl, and then put a drop bottle that can make water slowly drop into the bowl. The water in the drop bottle cannot exceed the volume of the bowl. In this way, calcium carbide reacts with water to generate acetylene gas. For example, 1500kg banana needs 1.5 ~ 2 kg calcium carbide at about 30℃, and it is sealed for 16 ~ 18 hours; When the temperature is about 20℃, 2 ~ 3.5 kg of calcium carbide is needed and sealed for 4 ~ 5 days. Then move it to about 20℃ and let it stand in the air for 3 days to make the banana yellow and mature.
④ Ethylene ripening: put bananas in an unventilated secret room or plastic tent, and introduce ethylene gas. The amount of ethylene and bananas is 1: 1000.
