1.1 Heat pipe

The condensed liquid flows back to the vaporization section through the transmission section, and the cycle phase changes to achieve heat transfer.

The super thermal conductivity of gravity heat pipes is about 10,000 times that of ordinary metals, and the heat exchange efficiency is as high as over 98%, which is unreachable by any ordinary heat exchanger. 1.2.1 The outer box of the exhaust gas waste heat recovery equipment is assembled from sheet metal parts. 3.1 Application Principle

The heat setting machine or coating machine uses high-temperature air to dry and finish the textile to shape the product. Generally, the air temperature required for production in a heat setting machine is about 200 degrees. At the same time, fresh air must be continuously introduced and dirty exhaust gas must be discharged. In order to smoothly produce the heat setting machine, it is necessary to use a fan to continuously introduce fresh air and discharge a part of the exhaust gas. The temperature of the exhaust gas can generally reach about 140 to 180 degrees. This part of the exhaust gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere, which wastes energy and pollutes the environment.

The exhaust heat recovery device extracts the energy of the exhaust gas discharged from the heat setting machine to heat the fresh air inlet temperature required by the setting machine, thereby reducing the exhaust temperature of the exhaust gas and saving the energy of the heat setting machine.

Compared with other types of heat exchangers, it has the following characteristics:

a. High heat transfer performance. Especially for gas-to-gas heat pipe heat exchangers, its advantages can be shown even more.

b. The average temperature difference of heat transfer is large. The channels for cold and hot fluids are conveniently arranged, and the flow direction can be arranged in a simple counter-flow form.

c. Compact structure. The heat transfer capacity of each heat pipe is also large, and a smaller number of heat pipes can be used to ensure heat transfer.

d. Flexible layout. Heat pipes can be used as general heat transfer elements and can be combined in any way by changing the number of heat pipes.

e. Work is safe and reliable. Each heat pipe is an independent heat transfer element and can be replaced individually without affecting the normal operation of the entire heat exchange device.

3.2 Installation instructions for single-section shaping machine

Principle: The cloth is dipped in chemical materials in the trough, and is evenly pressed by the roller before entering the oven. When the cloth passes through the oven, it will be dried and shaped under the action of high-temperature hot air. The shaped cloth will have a good feel and stable size.
