Structure and working principle of pulse single-machine dust collector
The main structure of the vacuum cleaner is divided into four parts:
Purification part: it consists of filter bag, filter bag bracket, filter bag frame, dusty gas inlet and purified gas outlet.
Blowing part: composed of pulse controller, pulse valve, blowing pipe and airbag.
Ash unloading part: it consists of motor, reducer, screw ash conveyor and star ash unloading valve.
Shell part: consists of upper shell, middle shell and lower shell.
The exhaust fan introduces the dust-containing gas into the middle shell from the air inlet, and the clean gas enters the upper shell from the Venturi tube through the filter bag and is discharged from the clean gas outlet, while the dust is blocked on the outer wall of the filter bag. With the extension of filtration time, the dust adsorbed on the filter bag becomes thicker and thicker, and the resistance of the filter bag becomes greater and greater. At this time, the pulse controller sends a signal to control the switch of each pulse valve through the program, so that the high-pressure air source is injected into the filter bag through the nozzle and venturi tube.
