How to seamlessly splice the big boards cut by woodworking engraving machine?

Woodworking engraving machines are generally used for marking lines, and the table top is almost 1200* 1200 or 1300*2500. If you want to cut a piece of material of 2390* 1000, take the machine of 1300*2500 as an example.

First, add two nodes at the Y axis 1600 of the file, align them, then define the starting point at the new node, make a three-dimensional cutting path, observe the path trend, and start machining on the machine;

Cut from the starting point to the second node of 1600, and press Pause to move the material. First, aim the tool tip at the left node, set the origin of the workpiece, and clamp a clip in the upper left corner, so that the left side will not move.

Next, translate the head, move it to the top of the right node, fine-tune the material, make the right incision and the Z axis form a straight line, clamp the right clamp, return the head to the origin of the workpiece, and lower the Z axis again to ensure that the left side does not move;

According to the tool diameter, take the tool of 3. 175 as an example, move the set workpiece origin X axis inward by 1.6MM, set the workpiece origin, and redo the path of the second half;

All right, start cutting! Ensure seamless, some seams are only a few tenths of a millimeter to a millimeter!
