China traditional martial arts which is better?

Wing Chun's defense is stronger. Its advantages are fast attack speed and obvious shortcomings. Relying too much on skills and defense, the attack power is not enough. It is suitable for ordinary people and has good popularization. You can learn good actual combat everywhere.

Octupole boxing is mainly about strength and lethality, but it requires extremely high skills. An octupole master can kill a person in half a move. Similar to Muay Thai's playing style and training method, the fighting capacity is very strong at very close range, but it is difficult to exert its power without 7-8 years of kung fu.

Tai Ji Chuan, formerly known as the cannon hammer, is also a powerful boxing, but he is famous for his slow Tai Chi training. Actually, Tai Chi is a kind of fast boxing, but I don't know the strength of Tai Ji Chuan, and I haven't seen a real master.
