Squeezing technology and steps of peanut oil

Farmers' peanut oil is generally produced in rural areas and processed in the peanut oil factory in the village. It is made by traditional pure physical pressing method, which is green and safe, pollution-free and additive-free. The Chinese New Year is coming, so prepare some peanut oil to stir-fry the Chinese New Year!

Farm peanut oil is squeezed by pure physical traditional technology! There are four steps:

The first step is shelling.

The method of shelling is to put the harvested shelled peanuts into a professional sheller and make peanuts. In the past, peanuts in rural areas were peeled by hand. With the development of industry, shellers have also appeared, and the working efficiency has been greatly improved!

The second step is roasting and frying.

Roasting peanuts is to put shelled peanuts into a large pot and stir-fry them until they are fragrant. This step is the key step to determine the oil yield of peanut oil. Generally, experienced people have a good grasp of the frying temperature of peanuts, so that the oil yield is high, and the squeezed peanut oil is rich in flavor and more fragrant when cooked.

The third step is extrusion.

The general squeezing method of farm peanut oil is pure physical manual squeezing. The machine power of rural oil press is relatively low, and the peanut oil squeezed out is primary pressing. Put the fried peanuts into the juicer and squeeze them while stirring, so that the peanut oil flows out from the oil regulating port, and the peanut cake is made!

Step 4: Filter.

After the first three steps, the farm peanut oil comes out with crude oil, which looks a little cloudy, mainly mixed with some peanut foam, in order to ensure peanut oil.
