1, Mud People Zhang colorful sculpture
Mud People Zhang colorful sculpture is a kind of folk culture in Tianjin, one of the famous Han traditional handicrafts. As a school of folk colorful sculpture circulating in the north, founded in the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, is a Tianjin artist Zhang Mingshan in the mid-19th century to create painted clay artwork, is now the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage in Tianjin. Recognized as one of the best in Tianjin, Mud Man Zhang's painted clay sculptures have enjoyed a great reputation as early as during the Qianlong and Jiaqing periods of the Qing Dynasty. 2. Dagu Dragon Lantern
Dagu Dragon Lantern, also known as the Dagu Dragon Dance, is a kind of traditional folkloric entertainment originated from fishermen around Tianjin at the end of the 1920s, and was initially made up by Li Shuqing, a ferryman who lived near the Chaoyin Temple, who was inspired by the local lion dance performances, and then it evolved into an entertainment program that was very popular with fishermen around the Dagu Port. Later, it evolved into a popular and favorite entertainment program for fishermen in the Dagu Kou area.
