At the same time, prepare a small bowl, pour steamed fish soy sauce into it (if there is no steamed fish soy sauce, you can use soy sauce and sugar instead), and if you like, you can add a little old vinegar. Finally, pour the hot oil, garlic and pepper into a bowl and stir.
Step 7
